Shipping and Return Policies


Our goal is to offer best quality jewelry making supplies at the most affordable price. Those which will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each product we create must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Before any item ships from our studio, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. We at Annie Howes, stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please email us if you have a question about a return or exchange so that we may send the Return & Exchange form which must be included with the return.

Liquids and Custom Items policy: If your item contains an error made by us, you will receive a corrected duplicate item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our custom items, nor opened containers of liquid.

All returns or exchanges must include our Return & Exchange form, and be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. Decorative paper and any opened liquids may not be returned at any time. Any items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Please contact us via email for the Returns & Exchange form.

Please factor in 1-2 business days processing time on your order.
Shipping times are for in-transit times only and do not include processing time.

DOMESTIC: Choose from USPS First Class (5-10 days) or Priority Shipping (2-3 days), or UPS Ground or 3-Day to all addresses in the US. The USPS does not guarantee shipping times for First Class and Priority Mail. 

We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect address information provided when your order was placed, I reserve the right to request compensation to resend your order. If you have a suite or apartment number, this is required in order to reach the delivery address. 

Packages sent to domestic addresses are not considered lost until the 21 day mark from the date the package was sent, at which time I will send an affidavit (a sworn document) for you to verify that the package has not yet been received. If the package has not been received, I will either reimburse or resend the items at my discretion. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address provided on the order, please see the above paragraph "SHIPPING ADDRESSES". If the online tracking indicates the package was delivered, we are not obligated to refund or replace the order.

If the shipping exceeds the cost of shipping (postage + packing materials + insurance) we will reimburse you. We typically do this at the time we print the postage for your order. This way you receive the best possible refund and it's the fastest way to order.

Shipping notifications are sent by email to your email address the day your order is shipped.

The Processing Time is how long it will take your order to be printed, picked, packed and prepared for shipping. It does not include transit time once the package has been shipped.

We offer both USPS and DHL Express as shipping options. 
DHL Express

Free Electronic Delivery Confirmation through the USPS is automatically included on packages sent to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, & Switzerland. With DHL Express, you always get door-to-door tracking.

International shipments are shipped USPS or DHL Express unless otherwise arranged. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. We do not have any control over customs and the packages they randomly inspect, and packages we ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package. 


We do not mark international orders as "gift", and we do not undervalue the contents of the package on the customs form as that is against the law and we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. Please do not ask us to break the law.

"Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both. LOST PACKAGES: Packages sent to international addresses are not considered lost until the 45 day mark from the date the package was sent, at which time we will send an affidavit (a sworn document) for you to verify that the package has not yet been received. If the package has not been received, we will either reimburse or resend the items at our discretion.

PACKAGES THAT ARE HELD & NOT CALLED FOR: These are typically packages that are being held for pick up because they are, for any reason, un-deliverable, or are awaiting taxes to be paid prior to delivery. We are not responsible in any way for packages being held, for the taxes owed, or any such delay or inability for the mail delivery system in your country to deliver your package. This is between you and your local mail delivery service. Please contact them about any issues with packages being held, or any other issue they are having with delivering your package. 

If your order is being shipped to an address in Germany, you can anticipate slow movement of your package through your country's customs department.
